Welcome to the newly Furnished apartments 'The Koimite', in the seaside village of Armenistis, one of the most popular resorts of Ikaria. The complex is an ideal place to spend unforgettable and relaxing vacations on the island, but also for exploring nature, hiking, biking and diving. The name of the apartments Koimite, refers to the warmth and hospitality, that is a traditional feature of Ikarian people.
The apartments Koimite are configured so that our customers can enjoy the peace and tranquility of the sea. Built at a distance of 50 to 150 meters from the rocky shoreline, with uninterrupted sea view. The complex is divided into 4 different levels and includes a total of 6 buildings: 4 maisonettes and 2 one-storey. There are 4 family apartments and 2 couple apartments, able to meet every need, reaching out to families, friends and couples.
The family rooms are designed to accommodate families of 4-6 people. The apartments are consisted of two floors, communicating with an internal staircase. The first floor includes a bedroom with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen with a small dinner, a bathroom and a big balcony. This floor is recommended for the children of the family and in case there are more than two of them, there is a double-bed couch, which can comfortably host two more individuals. The second floor consists of the bedroom of the parents with its own bathroom and another big balcony. The family apartments occupy 80- 90 square metres and they can host 4-6 individuals without the use of additional beds. On forward exist 4 familial apartments. Of course, in 2 from these apartments exists in addition door between the 2 floors that strengthen the isolation of adults from the children.
The couple apartments are mainly addressed to couples or families that seek a more economic solution. They are constituted by 40 square metres and are identical to the first floor of the family apartments. They include a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a small dinner, a bathroom and a balcony as well as a double couch bed in case there is a need of hosting more customers. There are two of these apartments and they can host up to four individuals without the use of additional beds. In case there is a need for more beds the hosting capacity is increased comfortably up to five individuals.
In the complex, there is also a reception, in order to enhance your stay and assist in any inquiries. Our philosophy is that our guests should plan as best as possible their stay and vacations in Ikaria. All the complex has a wireless Internet, to facilitate quick and free internet access. Each apartment receives special care and cleaning, with attention to detail.
The apartments 'The Koimite' organize recreational walking tours in traditional paths during the tourist season, especially on May and September. Excursions help the visitor to learn about the diversity of Ikarian nature and come into contact with its unique beauty. The program of walks is scheduled to customer requirements, to suit all ages.
